At our food delivery service, we understand that accuracy and safety are paramount when it comes to your orders, especially concerning food allergens. Here's what you need to know about editing your order and addressing allergen concerns.

How to Edit Your Order

If you need to make a change to your order:

  1. Act Quickly: As long as the restaurant has not started preparing your order, you can make changes. Go to 'My Orders' and select the order you wish to modify.
  2. Edit Order: Click on 'Edit Order' to make changes to items, quantities, or special instructions.
  3. Confirm Changes: Review and confirm your modifications. If successful, you'll see an updated order confirmation.

Please note: if your order is already being prepared, en route to delivery location, or already delivered, modifications cannot be made

 

Allergen Information and Special Requests

Understanding the ingredients in your meals is essential for those with food allergies or sensitivities:

  1. Check the Menu: Our partner restaurants often list allergen information on their menus available in our app.
  2. Direct Inquiries: For specific allergen questions, it's best to contact the restaurant directly. You can find contact details on the restaurant's page within our app.
  3. Special Instructions: When placing your order, use the special instructions field to communicate any allergen concerns or dietary restrictions directly to the kitchen.

If You Cannot Edit Your Order

In cases where the order is already being prepared:

  • Reach Out: Contact our customer support immediately. We will do our best to communicate your changes to the restaurant, although we cannot guarantee adjustments can be made at this stage.
  • Restaurant Contact: Use the contact information provided in our app to speak directly with the restaurant regarding your order details and any allergen concerns.
