Where are my tax forms?

Forms will be processed and sent at the end of January 2023.

To view your tax forms:

• Go to the ZenEats Courier app 

• Go to Account<Personal Info

• TapT ax form information near the bottom of the page

If you received an electronic copy of your 1099 form for last tax season, you are automatically enrolled to receive your tax forms via email. 

If you did not receive an electronic copy of your 1099, you are automatically enrolled in receiving a paper 1099 form to your home address we have on file via direct mail for 2022. However, you may request to receive your form electronically instead.
